REALIZATION PHASES PHASE 1 Phase 1 is 95% sold and consists of: - Toscano Townhouses (4), completed - Tuscany Townhouses (12), completed - Tuscany Luxury Villas (5), 2 completed, 3 under construction - Daimari Water Villas (18), under construction, completion mid 2024 - Arashi Boutique (12), under construction, completion mid 2024 PHASE 2 Sales of phase 2 have begun. Construction of phase 2 is expected to begin in late 2023. This stage consists of: - Nanki Luxury Villas (10) - Tuscany Townhouses (6) - Coudacarie Luxury Villas (4) not yet on sale - Kabouri Water Villas (9) not yet on sale PHASE 3 Plans for phase 3 are currently being nalized and target is to start construction by the end of 2024, phase 3 consists of: - Masidouri Boutique Condominiums (39) with all resort facilities as the reception and lounge, gym, restaurant, bar, terraces and pool. - Bocarico Luxury Villas (4) PHASE 4 Phase 4 has yet to be developed.
